Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Nexara. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MrVampCruz | Altaaf Hamod regarding your use of the Nexara platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nexara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including Super Admins, IT Admins, Users, and Clients.
2. Description of Service
Nexara is a professional company management platform that enables organisations to onboard and manage companies, stakeholders, shareholders, bank accounts, KYC documents, clients, and related business data. Access is granted on a subscription or licence basis.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nexara only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to store fraudulent, misleading, or illegal information; interfere with or disrupt the platform; attempt unauthorised access; or use the service in any way that could harm Nexara or other users.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into Nexara. By using the platform, you grant Nexara a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your company or client data.
6. Confidentiality
Nexara implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All platform actions are fully audited. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged in connection with the use of the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Nexara platform — including its design, code, trademarks, and content — belong to MrVampCruz | Altaaf Hamod. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexara and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Nexara. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Nexara at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of Nexara after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
